Had a great week of fishing with plenty of Hogfish, grouper and a very good Mangrove snapper bite! Downsizing in tackle was the key for our charters to load up on these tase fish. Of course t’is a fine line between going too light and breaking off fish or going too heavy and not getting the bites. We found the perfect combination and it helped our charter guests to load up this week. This should continue into next week as the weather conditions remain similar into the near future. There is still red tide present in Clearwater, but it seems to be getting a lot better, and there is absolutely no red tide offshore. With cooler fall temperatures right around the corner, we should see the Kings and Cobia start to show up.

Double Mangrove snapper for this brother and sister!
